1801 - On November 27 at the Hospital Saint, scientific dermatology began.
1883 - It is noted that U.V. light and skin cancer have a relationship by Doctor Hyde.
1897 - A possible therapeutic use of botulinum toxin conceived by Justinus Kerner.
1903 - Phenol (carbolic acid) is volatile (A substance easily evaporated at room temperature) and organic compound which was used to remove dead and dirty skin cells.
1926- Electric currents/high frequencies are used to demoisturize, clean, and cut skin.
1970- Dermabrasion was beginning to be used to help remove layers of skin.
1980- Operations were started that targeted the removal of fat from different locations on the body.
2004- New skin treatments that used different forms of light (intense pulsed light, photodynamic, and laser) were used to
